Shortmetrics provides a creator management platform that enables businesses to manage influencer and creator relationships, track campaign performance, analyze content metrics, and manage creator payouts. Our Services include dashboard access, analytics tools, campaign management features, and payout processing capabilities.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscription Plans

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Payment Terms

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your paid period.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHORTMETRICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shortmetrics and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
