Bounty Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These Bounty Terms and Conditions ("Bounty Terms") govern optional paid gigs ("Bounties") offered to creators in the Shortmetrics app. By tapping Accept Bounty, you agree to these Bounty Terms and to our Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not accept the bounty. Accepting a bounty is optional and separate from your regular campaign posting and payouts.

2. What a Bounty Is

A bounty is a one-off paid assignment with a stated reward. Current bounty types include:

• Ad creative bounties — film a version of the provided example and script
• Comment bounties — comment on specified videos and submit proof

The reward shown in the app is paid on top of your normal earnings, and only if we verify that your submission meets the bounty.

3. Deliverable Must Match the Criteria

Your deliverable must match the criteria in the bounty instructions. Those instructions are the brief for the job. They may include an example video, a script, brand notes, and any other requirements shown in the app when you accept or submit.

For ad creative bounties, matching the criteria means:

• Following the provided script as closely as you can
• Matching the example video's hook, energy, structure, and overall feel
• Submitting a fresh recording of your own — not a reupload, screen recording, or lightly edited copy of the example
• Meeting any additional notes listed on that bounty

For comment bounties, matching the criteria means completing the requested comments as described and submitting the proof we ask for (typically a post link and a screenshot).

If the work does not match the criteria, we may reject it, request a revision, or decline payment. Accepting a bounty is not a guarantee of payment.

4. Original Work

You represent that your submission is your original work, that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You may not submit AI-generated stand-ins for a required on-camera performance, stolen content, or work that was already used for another bounty or campaign unless the instructions say otherwise.

5. Usage Rights

By submitting a bounty deliverable (including any video), you grant Shortmetrics, Kazuo Corporation, and the relevant brand a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to use that video and any related materials without limit.

That license includes unlimited rights to:

• Use the video itself in any media, including organic posts and paid ads
• Run, boost, and retarget the video as advertising on any platform, with no cap on spend, duration, territory, or number of uses
• Edit, cut, caption, resize, combine, or otherwise adapt the video
• Use your name, likeness, voice, and performance as they appear in the video for those same purposes

The bounty reward is full compensation for these usage rights. No extra payment is owed for ads, reuse, or ongoing use of the video.

6. Claiming and Completing

Accepting a bounty claims it and moves it to In Progress. Finish the work, then submit it in the app for review. Do not accept a bounty you cannot complete.

We may limit how many bounties you can hold at once, expire an accepted bounty that is not submitted in time, or reassign it if you abandon it.

7. Review and Payment

We review submissions against the bounty instructions. If approved, the stated reward is paid to your Wallet and processed through your payout portal (for example, Whop) on the same cycle as your other earnings.

Rewards are not owed for incomplete, late, inauthentic, off-brief, or unverifiable submissions. Our determination of whether a deliverable matches the criteria is final for that bounty.

8. Changes

We may update these Bounty Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continuing to accept bounties after an update means you agree to the revised Bounty Terms.
